These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "User") and Ravi Mercadeo (the "Provider"), pursuant to Colombian Law 527 of 1999.

Ravi Mercadeo is an online analytics platform (Software as a Service — SaaS) for MercadoLibre Colombia sellers. The Service provides:

• Product and category opportunity analysis
• Historical trends and market metrics
• Best-sellers and high-potential product rankings
• Detailed per-product analysis metrics

By creating an account or using the Service, you declare that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
• You are 18 years of age or older. The Service is exclusively for adults, in accordance with Article 7 of Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.
• The information you provide is truthful, complete, and up to date.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ravi Mercadeo does not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If we discover that a user is a minor, we will immediately delete their account and data. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor who has registered, please contact us.

You may register using email and password, or through your Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account at hola@mail.ravimercadeo.com.

All prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable VAT, in accordance with Article 26 of Law 1480 of 2011. Payments are processed through Mercado Pago.

Billing

The Pro Plan is billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, without justification and without penalty, in accordance with Article 43(14) of Law 1480 of 2011. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro Plan access until the end of the paid period.

No minimum commitment

The monthly Pro Plan requires no minimum commitment. Cancel whenever you want.

Access to the Service activates immediately upon payment confirmation. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge the immediate commencement of the Service and consent to service delivery beginning before the retraction period expires, pursuant to Article 47(1) of Law 1480 of 2011.

If the Service does not function correctly due to reasons directly attributable to Ravi Mercadeo during the first 5 business days from payment, you may request a full refund by writing to hola@mail.ravimercadeo.com.

Outside of the scenario described above, payments made are non-refundable, unless the failure is directly caused by Ravi Mercadeo or a mandatory Colombian legal provision requires otherwise. We review each case individually and seek reasonable resolutions.

Independence from MercadoLibre

Ravi Mercadeo is an independent analytics platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Mercado Libre S.A. "MercadoLibre" is a registered trademark of Mercado Libre S.A.

Data source

Data displayed on Ravi Mercadeo comes exclusively from MercadoLibre's official public API. We do not scrape data or access private information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data, as it depends on MercadoLibre's own systems and policies.

API changes

Mercado Libre S.A. may modify, restrict, or discontinue its API at any time. Such changes may affect Service availability without constituting a breach of these Terms by Ravi Mercadeo.

Attribution

MercadoLibre data displayed on the platform is information provided by MercadoLibre through its official public API.

You may not use the Service to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense analytics data for commercial purposes without Ravi Mercadeo's express written authorization.
• Use the Service to circumvent MercadoLibre's policies, systems, or terms of use.
• Access the Service through automated means (bots, scripts) in a way that exceeds reasonable human use.
• Any activity that violates applicable Colombian or international law.
• Acts of fraud, unfair competition, or that cause harm to Ravi Mercadeo or third parties.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or cancellation.

Ravi Mercadeo Platform

Ravi Mercadeo owns all rights to the source code, design, algorithms, analytical methodology, and brand of the platform. Nothing in these Terms grants you intellectual property rights over the platform.

User data

Your MercadoLibre business data is your property. Ravi Mercadeo only accesses information that MercadoLibre makes publicly available through its API; it does not access your private seller account or confidential data.

MercadoLibre data

Data obtained from the MercadoLibre API is the property of Mercado Libre S.A. and is subject to their own terms of use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Colombian law:

• Ravi Mercadeo does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Analytics data is for strategic guidance only and does not constitute financial, legal, or commercial advice.
• Ravi Mercadeo shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
• Ravi Mercadeo's total liability to the User, for any reason, shall not exceed the amounts paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These limitations do not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor for violation of mandatory obligations under Law 1480 of 2011 and Law 1581 of 2012.

Ravi Mercadeo strives to maintain continuous Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, notifying you by email at least 15 days in advance, except in cases of emergency maintenance or legally required changes.

Ravi Mercadeo may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
• You fail to pay your subscription.
• We detect fraudulent or abusive activity.

In case of suspension due to breach, no refund will be issued for the current period. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Minor or clarifying changes will be notified with 15 days' notice. The effective date is indicated at the beginning of this document. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel without penalty before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, including Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) and Law 527 of 1999 (Electronic Commerce).

Any dispute will first be submitted to direct negotiation. If unresolved within 30 calendar days, the parties may seek recourse before the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, or the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) in its jurisdictional capacity.

Consumers may also file complaints with the SIC at www.sic.gov.co.
